2. Wrap the body with bubble wrap and/or leaves to keep warm
This may seem like an unrealistic tip, but wrapping bubble wrap is very important when camping in cold weather. Since the bubble wrap retains a layer of air as a buffer, it acts as a good insulator. It’s even used to insulate windows in winter.
If you forget to do this, you can always use dried leaves instead. Studies have shown, for example, that dried apple leaves can improve thermal insulation.
